Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by the warranty, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances. Please notify us of any damage or faults within 48 hours of receiving the product for damaged goods, or within the warranty period for faults. Photographic evidence may be required for processing claims. Once the issue is confirmed, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by ORLA HOME AND LIVING LTD. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that once processed, your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team to obtain authorisation and further instructions. For unwanted items, we will provide you with a return authorisation number. The returned item must be securely packaged, and the return number must be clearly marked on a separate sheet.
