For your peace of mind, all items come with a warranty that varies depending on the supplier. Each supplier offers different warranty lengths to cover manufacturer defects and faults. If you have any questions about the warranty for a specific item, please contact us for detailed information.

Please note that our warranties exclude:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages resulting from abnormal use
  • Items that have been modified
  • Lack of maintenance (e.g., leather or timber items not properly maintained)
  • Minor variations in color, grain, or finish due to the natural materials used
  • Minor surface blemishes that are inherent to the item

If an item is found to be faulty or defective, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the nature of the fault:

  • Spare Parts: If the fault can be repaired, we will provide the necessary parts and instructions to fix it.
  • Replacement: If the item cannot be repaired with spare parts, we will gladly send a replacement once the faulty item has been returned.
  • Refund/Partial Credit: If the fault is superficial and you wish to keep the item, we can offer a partial credit or refund based on the extent of the issue. This helps avoid the inconvenience of returning the item.
  • Full Credit/Refund: If we are unable to provide a replacement, alternative, or spare parts due to unavailability, we will offer you a full refund or store credit.

Please note that any defective or faulty items must be returned to the dispatch address for inspection, this can be provided upon request. Unless advised otherwise by our team, the cost of return shipping will need to be covered by the customer. Once we receive the returned goods, we will determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary.

Items that have been altered or modified in any way are not covered by our warranty policy.
